Breakfast
For us, the pleasure of sitting at a table and eating and drinking in each other’s company is a sacred thing. We are food fanatics: we source good local food, supporting local farmers and providing you with the best Trentino has to offer.
Our cakes and jams are made with love by Elisa. Our apple juice is freshly squeezed each morning from the apples growing in the orchard across the road. At our breakfast buffet you can also enjoy granola, fresh bread and fresh honey.
Our coffee and tea is all locally sourced; Elisa is a infusion enthusiast and she has them made by a friend.
Our savoury options are plentiful: cheese, yoghurt and milk are taken from our friend Oscar’s farm. Another friend Armando provides the ham (a bit fatty but something special).
There is also the option of bacon and egg for those who want it!
We are able to cater for those with dietary requirements, and in the past have hosted vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs.
